Events

The Women’s Ministry at Lamb of God focuses on serving others and serving God, while building friendships. We do this in a variety of ways throughout the year with events, Bible studies, service projects, our annual retreat, and impromptu get togethers about once a month.

A couple of examples of our annual events include:

Women’s Day Tea: This event is held each Spring. It’s open to all females in our church, family and friends. Each table is hosted and decorated by someone, it’s fun to come see all of the different tea sets and other decorations. Brunch type snacks and beverages provided. This is a free event.

Handbags for Hope: This event is held each fall. We choose a charity and gather items that these individuals might need (handbags with toiletries for ladies escaping abuse or for those exiting human trafficking).

Christmas By Candlelight: Every year we hold Christmas By Candlelight event for ladies from our congregation and community to come together in fellowship and festivities!

Women’s Retreat: This is a three night getaway focusing on our individual spiritual relationships and our relationships with each other as a community of believers.
